2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.00-$10.00
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00-$21.00
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted shipping partners, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

4. Packaging

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier or issue a replacement.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and either issue a replacement or process a refund.

10. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please be aware that shipping times may be longer, and tracking may be less detailed for these addresses.
